ORDERS ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts, no filter and no editing.

Without the proof, riyanshijewels.com will be in no position to process the refund.

No claims will be entertained without any proof.

Note: No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues.

Conditions for a refund:

• An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
• The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
• The proof should be sent by email in 24 hours after receiving the order.
• If exceeded 24 hours riyanshijewels.com will under no circumstance process the refund.
• Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
• The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable)
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.
• No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items, and sale times are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Sale items are non-refundable
  if the shipping cost has to be borne by us, the cost should not exceed 80/- (the shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end provided with proof)
• There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
• If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, riyanshijewels.com will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.
• If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Riyanshi Jewels will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.

IMPORTANT: If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.
Note: If the customer fails to report within 24 hours after receiving the products no refund or exchange will be initiated.

We deliver to all and any postal address across India. So, we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, riyanshijewels.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not riyanshijewels.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. in case of an incomplete address provided by the customers, nothing can be done unless either of the party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, riyanshijewels.com will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.

SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery.

NOTE: Riyanshi Jewels will only provide the tracking details once dispatched, once shipped Riyanshi Jewels will be no longer responsible for the delivery as we do not have control over the courier companies.

Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
